What You Study

You will develop relevant and practical skills in leadership and management so that you can make a real and immediate contribution to your organisation.

This programme has 12 modules. Each module is delivered over an eight-week teaching block, beginning with a preparation week specified by the module leaders and supported through the virtual learning environment (VLE) and workplace mentors.

You will also take a two-day masterclass with guest and keynote speakers, group activities, applications in the workplace, work-based learning, and mentor support. Weeks three to eight include preparing, completing and submitting assessments, self-directed learning, work-based learning and continued support through VLE and workplace mentors.

In most modules you must be able to apply your learning to real problems.

Matrix have been accredited to deliver the Foundation Degree programme by Teesside University. We work in association with the university and local chambers of commerce.

Are you eligible

You should have five GCSEs, including English and Maths, at grade C or above OR have three years' supervisory management experience. Please contact us if you have alternative qualifications or experience.
